Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 bananas, very ripe & mashed
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. Blend first 4 ingredients.
2. Add remaining and mix until blended.
3. Fill paper muffin cups with batter and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
