Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pancake batter mix (aunt jemima is my favorite)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana , thinly slice
  • whipped cream , syrup , butter (all optional & to taste)

Directions:

  1. Make pancakes according to directions on package.
  2. Layer pancakes with banana slices (I like to butter each pancake before adding banana slices). I use 3 pancakes and 2 layers of bananas. Top with whipped cream, syrup, or topping of your choice.
  3. Simple & delicious.
