Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups white flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mix in all the rest of the ingredients until well blended, and then pour into cupcake pans.
  3. Bake 20 minutes.
