Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 5 medium)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; divide mixture evenly among popsicle molds. Cover and freeze 8 hours.
  2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used 8 (1/2-cup) popsicle molds. The yield may vary depending on size of molds.
