Ingredients:

  • 100 g (1) banana
  • 140 g egg whites
  • 50 g (1/2 cup) of oat flour , or rolled oats , quinoa flakes , or ground almonds
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 80 g (2/3 cup) of vanilla brown rice protein pow
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g (1/2 cup )of pecans
  • 3 packets stevia

Directions:

  1. Blended together and divided into 12 muffin silicone cases; baked at 350 F for ~40 minutes:
