Lemon and Poppy Seed Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 30 g (3/8 cup) of rolled oats
  • 15 g ( 1/8 cup) of whey
  • 20 g (1/4 cup) casein powder
  • 100 g (1 ripe) banana
  • 185 g (3/4 cup) of liquid egg whites
  • 10 g (1 tbsp) poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 18 g (2 tbsp) of coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Directions:

  1. Blended together and baked in an 340F oven for about 35 minutes inside some silicone or paper muffin cases:
