Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350*F
  2. Mash the bananas so that they are mushy, yet still chunky enough to see a few individual pieces. If you don't wan't chunks of banana in your bread, mash them fully.
  3. Combine all the wet ingredients together (egg whites, buttery spread, applesauce, and bananas).
  4. Combine the remaining dry ingredients together, in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients slowly, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Place batter in a baking dish of your choice, sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake in oven for 45-55 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
