Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 3 medium bananas, mashed
  • 3 cups oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in mashed bananas. Gradually add in flour mixture and mix until just incorporated. Fold in oats.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
