Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat bananas and baking soda in mixer for 2 minutes.
  2. Melt margarine. add all other ingredients except peacans.
  3. Stir in pecans. Fill 3 mini loaf pans 1/2 full.
  4. Bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes.
