Ingredients:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease & flour bottom only of 9x5 loaf pan. Combine oats, flaxseed, pecans, butter and sugar; mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup oat mixture for topping, set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining oat mixture, quick bread mix, water, banana, eggs and oil. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle top of loaf with reserved oat mixture. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center come out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove to wire rack and cool completely.
