Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375*.
  2. Sprinkle graham crackers in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish.
  3. Peel and slice bananas.
  4. Arrange slices on top of the graham
  5. Crackers and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. In a small bowl combine jam, walnuts, coconut, and sherry or juice.
  7. Spread over bananas.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until top is lightly browned.
