Ingredients:

  • 10 oz wholemeal self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon peel
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • 8 fl oz milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to gas mark 7.
  2. Combine all ingredients together, beating well.
  3. Divide into 12 muffin cases or deep bun cases and bake for 20 minutes.
