Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sifted all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg, milk, melted butter and banana. Beat until just large lumps disappear. Bake on 375 griddle, flip once
