Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 5 cups powdered sugar (more or less as needed to obtain consistency)

Directions:

  1. Cream banana, butter and buttermilk in a medium bowl.
  2. Add powdered sugar a cup at a time until of spreadable consistency.
