Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/4 cup sifted flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*. Cream crisco and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in bananas. Stir together dry ingredients; add to banana mixture; mix well. Pour into 9 X 9 X 2 pan. Bake 30-35 minutes.
