Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Break eggs in mixing bowl.
  2. Beat until light and frothy.
  3. Add sugar and melted butter.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Stir in mashed banana and flavouring.
  6. In another bowl, measure in remaining ingredients.
  7. Stir until well mixed.
  8. Pour over batter.
  9. Stir just to combine.
  10. Spoon into greased loaf pan 9 by 5 by 3 inch.
  11. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven until toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  13. Remove from pan.
  14. Cool.
  15. Wrap.
