Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
  2. Beat margarine until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Beat in banana and Splenda for one minute. Add flour mixture, beat until well blended, Stir in chips.
  3. Spread evenly in greased 8-inch square baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool. Cut into bars.
  5. OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with additional rolled oats, before baking.
