Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs and applesauce.
  3. Add in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and flours.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Grease a bread pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
  7. Serve warm, either plain or with peanut butter or nutella!
