  2. In a small bowl mix eggs, butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Add in bananas
  3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir.
  4. Fold in the pecans.
  5. Pour into waffle maker, makes about 15 4 in. waffles
