Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Creme margarine and sugar.
  2. Blend in egg and bananas, making sure it is all blended really well.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk (3 parts) to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
  5. Pour batter into bread pan and bake for 55 minutes 350.
