Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the brown sugar, sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in one bowl.
  3. Mix the vanilla, eggs, buttermilk, and butter in another bowl.
  4. Combine your wet mixture with your dry mixture until made into a smooth batter.
  5. Add your strawberries into your mixture.
  6. Line your muffin tin with muffin cups and spoon your batter in this.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
