Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp lemon rind
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup banana, mashed
