Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Grease 9x3x5 pan.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar, butter, rest of the ingredients, adding mashed bananas last.
  4. Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  5. Let cool, then cut into 16 slices.
