Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients first.
  2. Add flour, oats, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix dry ingredients with spoon or whisker and set aside.
  4. In separate large bowl mash the bananas.
  5. Add sugar, honey, egg and butter to mashed bananas and stir.
  6. Add dry flour mixture to wet banana mixture and stir until all flour is mixed (about 20 strokes).
  7. Pour into a 5 x9 nonstick loaf pan.
  8. Bake on center rack for 20 minutes at 340°F
  9. Bake for additional 33 minutes at 335°F.
  10. Test with butter knife in center.
  11. When knife comes out clean then it's done.
