Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 10 1/2 tbsp wheat bran
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/8 cup applesauce
  • 6 tbsp egg whites

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Combine.
  4. Bake at 400 16 minutes.
