Ingredients:

  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine banana, nutmeg, vanilla, milk and crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
