Banana Apple Morning Squares

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to bake 350.
  2. Mix bananas until soft, add brown sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl mix baking soda, baking powder, flour, and salt.
  4. Add applesauce and egg beaters to banana, mix well.
  5. Stir in dry ingredients.
  6. Pour into nonstick baking dish ( I use a 9 inch nonstick rectangular cakepan).
  7. Bake for 30-40 min at 350.
  8. Let cool and then cut into squares.
