Ban-ban Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. veg. oil
  • 2/3 cup. white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 2-3 medium banana's ( mashed )
  • 1/4 cup. walnuts (optional, but delicious)

Directions:

  1. Warm oven to 350F
  2. Mix all ingredients in order given in large bowl using mixer or hands.
  3. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  4. When oven is heated, bake for 1 hr. or until done.
  5. Take out and allow to cool.
  6. Enjoy.
  7. This recipe can also be used for muffins, use a muffin pan and reduce time accordingly.
