Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 (0.5-oz) package pesto sauce mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Bake pine nuts in a shallow pan at 350°, stirring occasionally, 5 to 10 minutes or until toasted; set aside.
  2. Combine sauce mix and next 3 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over salad greens, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with pine nuts, and serve immediately.
