Baking Mix Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups baking mix (can use watermelon's low fat bisquick substitute.)
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 egg (optional)

Directions:

  1. Stir ingredients until blended.
  2. Pour into center of hot greased waffle iron and close lid.
  3. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.
