Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried basil

Directions:

  1. Roughly cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  2. Place on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Dust the garlic salt over the tomatoes as much as you'd like, but at least 3 tablespoons
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to taste (not too much of the cajun seasoning, as it tends to overpower the rest).
  5. Mix up the tomatoes with your hands, (this is the fun part, :)
  6. Wrap tightly in the foil and place in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
