Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half

Directions:

  1. Grease 4 (6 ounce) custard cups. Break and slip 1 egg into each cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon 1 tablespoon half and half over each egg.
  2. Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
