Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse the rice.
  2. In an ovenproof dish mix the ingredients except the butter.
  3. Place the knob of butter in the centre of the dish and sprinkle a tiny bit of cinnamon.
  4. Cook on middle shelf on a low heat for 1 hour.
  5. Stir halfway through.
  6. Serve with golden syrup, maple syrup, jam, or honey.
