Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Saute onions in butter until golden.
  3. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
  4. Combine onions (undrained), bouillon, rice, mushroom pieces, salt and pepper in a 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered 1 hour.
