Baked Ribs with Chinese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs lean country-style spareribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sherry wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions:

  1. Arrange ribs in one layer in baking dish.
  2. Combine soy sauce, chilli sauce, honey sherry garlic& onion.
  3. Brush on ribs and marinate overnight.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours basting occasionally.
