Ingredients:

  • cooking spray
  • 1/4 tsp dried italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ranch dressing

Directions:

  1. Place tomato halves in an 8 inch square pan.
  2. Coat top halves with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning; top evenly with ranch dressing.
  5. Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partly open) 2-3 minutes until tomato halves start to brown.
  6. Garnish if desired.
