Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 bunch(es) green onions
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 package taco mix

Directions:

  1. Cook potato in microwave until cooked. Cool potatoes. Combine potatoes, onions, bacon, sour cream, cheese, sliced olives and taco seasoning in a large bowl.
