Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash potato skin good.
  2. Slice the potato into 1/2 inch discs, discarding both ends.
  3. Rinse the discs with cool water and dry with a paper towel.
  4. Place the discs into a bowl and completely cover with vegetable oil.
  5. Let potato soak in oil for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 325 deg.
  7. Remove potato from oil and place on cookie sheet.
  8. Lightly sprinkle Creole seasoning and onion powder on potato discs.
  9. Cook potato discs for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove potato discs from oven, flip each potato discs and lightly sprinkle Creole seasoning and onion powder on potato discs again.
  11. Cook for about another 10minutes or until the potato discs are done.
  12. Remove from oven and enjoy.
