Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cover bottom of baking dish with olive oil
  2. Place plaice skin side down on baking dish
  3. Pour over juice of 1/2 lemon per plaice
  4. Sprinkle with dried oregano, sea salt and pepper
  5. Marinate for at least 30 min
  6. Bake until brown
