Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup. milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup. chopped onions

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add enough milk to make a paste and then add the remaining milk a little at time, stirring after each addition, until you have a smooth mixture.
  4. Add the eggs and cheese.
  5. Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter.
  6. Pour the omelet mixture into the pie pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the omelet starts to brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
