Directions:

  1. Mix together eggs, cheese, basil & oregano.
  2. Add tomato, onion and mushrooms. Season to taste.
  3. Spoon mixture into buttered baking dish.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 25 - 30 minutes.
