  1. Mix ground turkey with ground beef.
  2. Add to bowl: the two egg whites, the teaspoon olive oil and the breadcrumbs and the parmesan. Season to taste.
  3. No-worry flavor additions: few cloves roasted garlic, italian seasoning mix, fresh basil, parsely...
  4. Serve with a light tomato sauce. Excellent served with Garlic Bread made out of Whole Wheat English Muffins!
