Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 7 oz macaroni
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine in sauce pan.
  2. Stir in flour and salt.
  3. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in milk.
  5. Heat on medium heat stirring constantly until mixture starts to thicken - coats spoon.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add 1 1/2 cup cheese stir in until melted.
  8. Stir in cooked macaroni.
  9. Fold into sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan.
  10. Top with remaining cheese.
  11. Back at 375 for 20-25 min until bubbly.
