Baked Linguine With Meat Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beef and garlic in a Dutch oven, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and next 4 ingredients; simmer 30 minutes.
  3. Set meat sauce aside.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  5. Place pasta in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  6. Stir together sour cream, cream cheese, and green onions.
  7. Spread over pasta.
  8. Top with meat sauce.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  10. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, and bake 5 more minutes.
