Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375*F (190*C).
  2. Butter baking dish.
  3. Place cooked, chopped leeks in bowl with beaten eggs, mix together, incorporate flour.
  4. Add paprika, nutmeg and milk, season well, mix together with whisk.
  5. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 40 minutes in oven.
  6. Slice and serve.
