Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Halve grapefruits and remove pith with a knife.
  2. Loosen the sections.
  3. Pour some honey into the centre of each grapefruit. Alternately drizzle the top with honey or maple syrup (thanks Ladypit!).
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 190C/375F for 15 minutes.
