Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp clear honey (actually calls for australian runny honey)
  • 4 oranges , juice of
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 limes , juice of
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 lime , 2 slices of

Directions:

  1. Whisk together (or process in a blender) the honey, OJ, eggs & lime juice.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses & sprinkle with cinnamon, if using that ingredient.
  3. Serve with a slice of lime attached to the rim of each glass.
