Baked Garlic Tilapia (4)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash parsley
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 16 oz tilapia fillets

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, combine oil, garlic, pepper, salt, dillweed, and paprika.
  2. Heat over low heat until oil is starts simmering.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Brush a little of the oil mixture in the bottom of a shallow baking dish (line baking dish with foil, if desired) then place tilapia fillets on the oiled area.
  5. Brush top of each tilapia fillet with the seasoned oil mixture. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, until tilapia flakes easily with a fork.
