Baked Garlic Chicken Pieces

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish with skin side up.
  2. Tuck garlic all around it.
  3. Add chopped celery.
  4. Mix wine, olive oil, poultry seasoning, parsley and basil.
  5. Drizzle over the chicken.
  6. Squeeze juice of a lemon over the chicken.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake 45 minutes at 375°F.
