Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first nine ingredients.
  2. Cut fish in serving size pieces.
  3. Dip fish in melted butter turning to coat both sides.
  4. Dip fish in crumbs,coating well.
  5. Place fish on lightly butter shallow pan.
  6. Spinkle with remaining butter (don't overdo).
  7. Bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes.
